I know most people have alts that they are levelling up.
We should each keep at least one character between level 20-30 so that at any time we really need to push a zone we can switch to our teir3 characters and cap the relevant keeps/BOs.
Teir3 VPs spillover into Teir4. Teir3 is almost always red - this is one of the reasons destru seem to cap zones easily.
It's not a flawless plan, because there is still a chance T3 destru will take keeps back - but it could make a significant difference if we are sitting around 90% for zone cap in T4.
